Experience the New Tata Sierra with premium design, triple-screen cabin, advanced features, and new 1.5L engine options. A true gamechanger in the SUV segment.
1. Tata Sierra Returns With a Modern Identity
Tata motors have at last unveiled the all new Sierra, which resurrected one of the most popular nameplates in Indian history in full production-ready embryo. Having had a close examination of the SUV and the inside out, it is quite evident that Tata has invested years of learning, perfection, and maturity in this product. The Sierra is not a new version of the old model; it represents a declaration of the extent of development of Tata Motors.
2. Built Like a Premium SUV
The new Sierra makes an immediate impression with the quality of the builds and the paints the first time you see it. The gaps between the panels are also equal and metal is hard, and the general finish is ten times better than what we have previously seen on Tata debuts. It is a real indication of engineering advancement that Tata has undergone in recent years.

New Tata Sierra The design remains faithful to the classic silhouette of Sierra, particularly the new interpretation of the Alpine window. The gloss black roof, exaggerated proportions, interconnected LED highlights, door handles that are inlaid, and enormous 19-inch alloys all add up to a muscular, assertive stance. Concisely – it appears to be an upscale SUV at all angles.
3. A Beautiful and Exquisite Interiors
Walk in and the Sierra is still astonishing. It is indeed very up market, not only in the sight of Tata, but in the sight of a segment. There is a good fit and finish, soft touch materials and leatherette surfaces enhance the overall cabin experience.
New Tata Sierra The best feature is the triple-screen panel that is made up of two 12.3-inch touchscreens and an 10.25-inch driver display. The cabin is spacious all around. There is great comfort in the rear seat and the broad glass base augments the feeling of spaciousness.
- Dual-zone climate control
- Leatherette upholstery
- Ventilated powered seats with memory
- Premium audio system
- Wireless and fast charging
Ambient lighting - Abundant storage and a wide and comfortable layout
At a glance, it is, without any doubts, one of the largest in the sector, possibly even the best one. An underbody spare wheel and a motorized tailgate which opens and closes with touch of a button is also an added advantage to the convenience factor.

4. Tata to Introduce New Engines in Sierra
Tata has not announced the engines. According to rumour mills, the Sierra will be available in three 1.5 liter engines, namely, naturally aspirated petrol, turbo petrol and diesel. The two-petrol engines are new Tata inventions, whereas the diesel is the one that was found on the Curvv. The transmission options will be based on the segment trends and will be manual and automatic.
5. A Big Step Forward for Tata Motors
The thing that comes out best with the new Sierra is the fact that the product is mature and high-end. In design and materials, feature implementation and detailing, the SUV shows how far Tata has gone in terms of engineering and quality. The Sierra has become something that can legitimately compete with the entrenched competitors. And having a very strong emotional attachment to its heritage, it can once again disrupt the segment.
Tata is evidently introducing a gamechanger – and its competitors will surely want to make some note of this.
