Hyundai Motor Company revealed officially the Hyundai Concept Three at the IAA Mobility 2025 in Munich. It is a conceptual electric all-hatchback that is a preview of the next IONIQ 3, which will be launching in the global market in 2026. Placed below the Creta EV, this concept is meant to take the position of urban buyers seeking a fashionable but sensible EV.
Design and Dimensions
The Hyundai Concept Three is a model that will not go unnoticed because of the design language called Arts of Steel, which combines sculptural shapes and line sharpness.
- Measures: 4287mm long, 1940mm wide and 1428mm tall and has a wheelbase of 2722mm.
- Exterior Finishes: Tungsten Gray bodywork aerodynamically efficient roofline.
- Signature Features: Aero Hatch Profile having vertical tailgate.
- Parametric Pixel Lighting, gradient style at the front and the rear.
- Glass anodized-effect finish lemon-tinted wheels.
Generally, the Concept Three is smaller than the Creta EV, thus becoming a real compact EV to urban purchasers.

The Hyundai Concept Three cabin is based on personalization and minimalism, breaking the customary Hyundai interiors.

Expected Tech Specs of IONIQ 3
Although Hyundai has not announced official specifications, the IONIQ 3 will have similar platform with the Kia EV4.

- Range: 628 km (390 miles) in the best version.

Hyundai claims that the Concept Three is a representation of the emerging demand of compact sustainable EVs in Europe due to urbanization and more stringent regulations against emissions.

Concept THREE is the continuation of the electrification process of Hyundai. It is a manifestation of our dream to provide mobility that is workable, reachable, and emotionally intense with its small size and Art of Steel design language.
Even though Hyundai has not yet properly announced the launch of the IONIQ 3 in India, the global launch is scheduled as in 2026.
