When receiving a full set of improvements, the new 2026 Hyundai Venue will still use the same engines.
Second-gen Hyundai Venue has been observed in the past weeks at various foreign places. And now is it first spied in India. The new Venue is scheduled to be released on 4 th November by Hyundai. It is anticipated that deliveries would start shortly after. Now, we are going to examine the new functions and changes added to the 2026 Venue.
Major Exterior Design Upgrades
2nd-gen Hyundai Venue What is new?
Interior and Exteriors of new Venue have been changed significantly, as the brand takes the new design approach. The emphasis on lessening clutter and improving the boxiness of the SUV is also obvious. Front fascia is completely new with new rectangular grille, a C shaped LED DRLs, vertically stacked headlights and full-width LED strip. The bumper, made in the style of the bull bar, also contributes to the roughness of the SUV.
Door panels are no longer undulating thus more emphasis is now placed on the flared, muscular wheel arches. ORVMs are more stubbied and are available in two-tone finish. The beltline has since gone perfectly flat when compared to the slight upward rear tilt evident in the current-gen Venue. It is also possible to observe a re-freshed C-pillar which has a silver insert, as in Creta.

Hyundai Venue has been spied in India in its uncovered state.
New Venue is equipped with new alloy wheels and squarish wheel arch cladding. Roof rails seem to be thicker and higher. The incisive nature of the window structures has been retained. The SUV carries on with standard door handles, door trims and shark fin antenna.
New Venue is sharper at the tail, with an interconnecting LED strip. The styling of the front fascia is boldly reflected on the rear bumper. In total, the new Venue is more present on the road. It would also receive some new colour options.
Interior Features and Tech Upgrades
2026 Venue will be thoroughly updated in terms of interior. Some of them will include the introduction of larger screens in the infotainment and instrument cluster of 12.3 inches. This is a major improvement to the current infotainment with 8 inch touchscreen and a colour TFT MID digital cluster. Prior spy images had shown a redesigned dashboard, a new touch-sensitive AC control panel and new AC vents.
2nd-gen Venue receives a new steering wheel that is designed more polished. The other features that are expected are the 8-speaker Bose sound system, cluster climate control system and ambient lighting as well as ventilated and powered front seats. The new Venue may have a panoramic sunroof in the top models as compared to the current single-pane sunroof.
It will improve safety through Level-2 ADAS suite. The model currently available is the Level 1 ADAS, and it has capabilities like forward collision avoidance assist, and lane departure warning, driver attention warning and leading vehicle departure alert. Other safety features like front parking sensors and a 360-degree camera can also be considered as safety upgrades. Venue already possesses 6 airbags, rear parking sensors, rear camera with dynamic guidelines, dashcam and electronic stability control.
Engine Options and Performance
New Hyundai Venue should be continued with the current engines. Nonetheless, it might have an option of a 6 speed torque converter automatic with the 1.5-litre diesel. Currently, the diesel engine is only provided with a 6-speed manual transmission. Venue is also available with other engine choices, which are 83 PS 1.2-litre petrol and 120 PS 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine. They are combined with 5-speed manual and 6-speed manual/7-speed DCT, respectively.
