The highly anticipated TVS Apache RTX 300 adventure bike is set to debut soon. Check out the expected launch date, features, specs, and price of TVS’s first ADV motorcycle in India.
TVS to Enter the Adventure Segment with Apache RTX 300
TVS fans are finally in wait! Finally, after long speculation, TVS motor company is preparing to venture into the adventure motorcycle market with the most anticipated model- the TVS Apache RTX 300. It was initially presented at the Bharat Mobility Expo in 2025, attracting massive crowds of fans to the rough design and impressive specs of the bike.
India has at any rate the fastest growing adventure motorcycle market, with models such as the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, KTM 390 Adventure and the BMW G 310 GS gaining immense popularity. TVS is now looking to introduce a competitive and feature-loaded ADV in this hot segment.
TVS Apache RTX 300 Launch Timeline
Although the official launch date is not confirmed yet, reports suggest that the Apache RTX 300 could make its global debut at EICMA 2025 next month. Its India launch is expected to follow soon after — most likely during MotoSoul 5.0 in early December 2025. The bike might hit showrooms before the end of the year if everything goes as planned.
Design & Platform
The television and serial Apache RTX 300 is based on a steel trellis frame based on the Apache RR 310 and RTR 310, which have been proven to offer great stability and road handling. Nevertheless, the RTX will be more ride focused on the road thus making it suitable to use in the city and light off-road paths as well.

It features long-travel USD forks, a rear mono-shock suspension, and a 19-inch front / 17-inch rear wheel setup with block-pattern tyres — providing an ideal balance between comfort and capability.
TVS Apache RTX 300 Features
TVS is expected to load the RTX 300 with several segment-first and rider-focused features, such as:
- 5-inch TFT Display with smartphone connectivity
- Turn-by-turn navigation, call, and SMS alerts
- Riding modes and traction control
- Switchable rear ABS
- Cornering ABS
- Cruise control – a rare feature in this segment
These advanced electronics will make the RTX 300 one of the most tech-loaded adventure bikes in India.
Engine, Power & Performance
Under the hood, the Apache RTX 300 will be powered by the all-new RT-XD4 299cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine, delivering 35 PS of power and 28.5 Nm of torque. The motor will come paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring a slip and assist clutch for smoother shifts and better control — especially during long rides or steep terrain.
Expected Price and Rivals
The Apache RTX 300 is also projected to cost approximately ₹2.5 lakh (ex-showroom), which is bang in the middle of cost-effectiveness and performance in India.
Once launched, it will compete directly against:
- KTM 390 Adventure X
- BMW G 310 GS
- Royal Enfield Himalayan 450
- Yezdi Adventure
If TVS manages to price it aggressively and deliver on performance, the Apache RTX 300 could become a game-changer in India’s mid-capacity ADV motorcycle segment.
