Himalayan 750 will be officially presented on the Indian soil and before that, the test mules are still being spied in the country. The following are everything that we know in advance of its debut in India.
Himalayan 750 and Continental GT 750 Naming Strategy
These 750cc Royal Enfield twinners will have similar names at the start, Continental GT 750 will be first and then Himalayan 750. A greater number of eyes appear to be on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 because it is bound to become a universal alternative to most aspirational bikers in the world. Royal Enfield has unveiled it on test in the Himalayan mountain range with an electric prototype of the Himalayan.

Design Details and Early Spy Observations
Royal enfield Himalayan 750 presents identical experiment of style as Himalayan 450 with tail lights in the shape of rear turn indicators, luggage rack appears solid and even a saree guard, indicating that this middle weight ADV is in its last phases of testing. The final sight of the test mule was an alloy wheel version and there is also a more trail friendly wire-spoke wheel version spied. Himalayan 750 appears much bigger than Himalayan 450 and it appears to have a bigger fuel tank too. It is likely that it can allow approximately 20L of fuel. It has one exhaust that is up-swept to make water wading possible. Front windshield is big and may also introduce adjustability into the equation.
Features, Suspension and Technology Equipment
The model on display at EICMA Show featured USD front forks that could be adjusted with compression and rebound adjustments and cross-spoke wheels. It has also been disclosed in the spy shots which were taken before that rear will have adjustable suspension as well and a remote pre-load adjuster can be viewed. Tripper Dash arrives here and we are able to notice dual disc brake at the front. These are expected to be bare ride-by-wire throttle with cruise control, bi-directional quick-shifter, round headlights made of LED, LED tail lights and built-in turn indicators, Google Maps mirroring, music control, switchable dual-channel ABS, even a centre stand — all of which will strengthen the appeal of the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750.

New 750cc Engine and Expected Performance
New 750cc engine Royal Enfield would have at last entered the fray of multi-cylinder middle-weight motorcycles, with a 650cc engine. Prior to that, Royal Enfield had a single-cylinder unit of 499cc with a big bore unit with 535cc in Continental GT 535. The company has now successfully sailed through its new 750cc unit courtesy to its tremendous displacement ambitions. Royal Enfield has not validated performance measures but Himalayan 750 may have approximately 60 bhp of peak power and approximately 55 Nm of peak torque with a 6-speed gear box. This twin oil-cooled is likely to be tuned and will provide a stress-free touring experience to the riders, making the Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 a major contender in the middleweight ADV segment.
