Kawasaki Z900 2026 has become the bestselling sporty profile and competitively priced 4-cylinder bike in India.
In the beginning of this year, Kawasaki had released the MY25 Z900 with a full set of cosmetic and functional modifications. The MY26 Z900 is now introduced with a price of ₹9.99 lakh. MY25 was sold at a price of ₹10.18 lakh (an increase of the previous ₹9.52 lakh) after the GST was raised on bikes with a displacement of above 350cc.

2026 Kawasaki Z900 – Key Updates
MY26 Z900 has been modified with a new palette by Kawasaki. MY25 comes in Metallic Moondust Gray/Metallic Spark Black/Candy Lime Green Type 3 and Metallic Carbon Gray/Metallic Phantom Silver/Candy Persimmon Red.
MY26 Z900 has a candy lime green or metallic carbon gray or matte graphene steel gray or metallic flat spark black colour option.
Kawasaki Z900 Candy Lime Green Edition
MY26 Z900 green colour version has the signature Lime Green colour of the brand on the front cowl, fuel tank and rear section. Most of the surfaces are mainly black.
It has been fitted with components such as the windscreen, USD forks, engine and frame. MY26 Z900 has a second colour choice that is an all-black theme. Kawasaki has made the frame golden-finished to make it look more dramatic.

This strategy was comparable to the MY25 model, where the frame was lime green and red respectively.

Specs and Performance
The MY25 model had already been fully updated to Kawasaki Z900. That is why there are still comparatively fewer updates in the case of the MY26 Z900.
The new model has a slight increase in power and torque. The MY26 Z900 has a higher 125 PS and 98.6 Nm compared to 124 PS and 97.4 Nm of MY25 Z900.
The engine is matched with a 6-speed return shift transmission. It is also possible to observe a minor enhancement in the power-to-weight ratio because the MY26 Z900 weighs 1 kg less than the MY25 one.
Technology and Features
The MY25 Z900 came with a number of tech features, and the MY26 model has carried them forward. The tech kit comprises:
Advanced IMU, Kawasaki Cornering Management Function (KCMF), Electronic Cruise Control, Power Modes, 3-Mode Kawasaki Traction Control (KTRC), Electronic Throttle Valves, Assist and Slipper Clutch, Kawasaki Quick Shifter, Economical Riding Indicator, and dual-channel ABS.
Kawasaki Z900 comes with a 5-inch TFT colour instrument cluster that is Bluetooth connected. The IPS LCD technology ensures high visibility.
The Rideology App provides riders with multiple connectivity options—calls, emails, vehicle information, and riding logs. It also enables customization of the console and bike settings.
The Kawasaki Z900 also features turn-by-turn navigation for enhanced convenience.
